Beginners Water Aerobics with Lori – Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s.

Time for some pool fun! Join water aerobic leaders Jean and Lori for an energized water routine that takes you through a warm-up, aerobic, strength conditioning and cool down movements. Choose you own intensity!

We suggest bringing drinking water, a hat, sun screen & towel. We have pool noodles for you to use.

A great way to get energized for the day!
